Install IntegrateCloud Zendesk App

This step is required so that you can use your https://{subdomain}.zendesk.com account to Escalate Zendesk ticket to Specific JIRA Issue.

Input On-Demand Atlassian JIRA Credentials

JIRA credentials are required so that IntegrateCloud can access JIRA and create the Issues based on the corresponding Zendesk Tickets.
